Lot Size: 393 ft X 252 ft
The exterior façade combined two architectural styles; Islamic Architecture and Canadian Modern Architecture. Three materials were selected; stucco, stone and glass. The stucco gives more flexibility in selecting the colours. Moreover, the stucco gives the traditional mud and plaster finishing that used to build mosques in the early decades. Stone was added to give more solidity to some areas like entrances and is one of the popular materials in Canada. The glass reflects modern and Canadian architecture style. The façade had three different weights, light (glass), medium (stucco) and heavy (stone).
