This house is located in a rich rural area in eastern Milton. It is an extensive alteration to an existing one-storey house. The house is converted to a two-storey house by adding a second floor and rear addition with four-car garages. The design characters were used to match the neighbourhood character. The farmhouse style was presented by using siding and wood exterior finishing.
